Nutritional Workshops (groups of between 5-10 students) 

These apply to nurseries, primary and secondary schools. 

These workshops are informal but informative group sessions covering a variety of nutritional related topics. The aim of each workshop is to identify potentional nutritional imbalances and how these contribute to a number of common symptoms.

The sessions typically last 1 – 1.5 hrs.
 

School Cookery Clubs

Nutrimental also offers School Cookery Clubs, which are designed to provide additional nutritional support, raise awareness and reinforce the message of healthy eating. These sessions normally involve parents & students. 

 

Nutrition Training For Canteen Staff

Short Training courses conducted aimed at providing a ‘Foundation in Nutrition’ for canteen staff.

This involves providing basic diet and nutrition education as well as revising menus so as to provide more nutritionally balanced choices for students or the workforce.
